Kenneth Stefanisin

Kenneth Stefanisin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in law enforcement and military service. As a Captain USCGR-Ret at the U.S. Coast Guard since August 2014, Kenneth led strategic direction and operational planning to enhance maritime infrastructure protection and commerce flow in the Arabian Gulf and Red Sea, successfully structuring 220 Border Guard personnel into three prototype divisions for a future 5,000-man force. Additionally, Kenneth has served as a Detective with the Phoenix Police Department since June 1985, where responsibilities included conducting high-risk surveillance on violent criminals and drug trafficking organizations, as well as organizing and executing over 1,000 high-risk search warrants and managing more than 300 barricaded gunman and hostage situations. Kenneth holds a BA from the University of Phoenix, earned between 1987 and 1991.
