Doug Burr

Doug Burr is an experienced professional in HRIS and payroll systems, currently serving as Manager of Kronos Administration at Vulcan Materials Company since August 2022. Prior to this, Doug held roles at U.S. Concrete, Inc. as an HRIS / Payroll Systems Specialist, and at Pioneer Natural Resources Company as a BI Analyst and Cognos Report Developer. Doug's expertise includes developing Oracle BI solutions, managing system conversions, and creating various HR and payroll reports across multiple organizations, including Mercer, Energy Future Holdings, and ACS.
