David Rice

David Rice is an accomplished graphic designer with extensive experience in public broadcasting and education. Currently serving as a Graphic Designer at the U.S. Copyright Office since April 2013, David has previously worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer since October 2007 and held the position of Communications Manager at KLRN from October 2007 to October 2011. David's career also includes significant roles at the Public Broadcasting Service as Sr. Manager of Development Marketing & Communications, where responsibilities included executive producing a major conference for public television fundraisers, and at UNC-TV, where graphic design work encompassed a variety of print materials and brand development. David holds a BA in Graphic Design from North Carolina State University, earned in 1992.
