Nora Scheland

Nora Scheland is a skilled Public Affairs Specialist at the U.S. Copyright Office since November 2021, bringing extensive experience in strategic communications from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where roles included Strategic Communications Program Manager, Social Media Manager, and Spokesperson from August 2015 to November 2021. Prior to that, Nora served as a Writing Tutor at Bryn Mawr College Writing Center, aiding students in various stages of the writing process from January 2014 to May 2015. An earlier internship with the Public Programs Division at the Folger Shakespeare Library involved collaboration on the recording of Shakespeare plays. Nora also contributed as a Student Organizer for Organizing for America in 2012. Educational qualifications include an AB in English with a minor in Anthropology from Bryn Mawr College, complemented by international education at UCL and the American International School in Vienna, Austria.
