Shawn Gallagher

Shawn Gallagher has extensive experience in management and program analysis, currently serving as a Management & Program Analyst at the U.S. Copyright Office since September 2016, where skills in SAFe Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence have been applied to lead application development. Prior experience at the Library of Congress included roles as Strategic Planning Program Analyst and Acting Planning Performance Program Officer, with key contributions to the Library’s 2016-2020 Strategic Plan and oversight of planning and budget frameworks. Gallagher's background also features positions in digital media project management at Altus Learning Systems and Cisco Systems, as well as technical and educational roles at Stanford University and other organizations. Gallagher holds a BA in Mass Communication from Iona University.
