Ashton Hayes

Ashton Hayes, SES, has a diverse work experience in the government sector. From 2015 to 2018, Hayes worked as a Security Program Manager at FEMA. In this role, they managed security programs within the organization. From 2018 to 2020, they held the position of Fraud Investigations and Inspections Division Director, overseeing fraud investigations and inspections at FEMA. In 2020, Hayes joined the U.S. Customs and Border Protection as the Executive Director of Security Operations, where they are currently responsible for managing security operations.
