Kerry Novak

Kerry Novak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and international trade. Currently serving as a COAC Member for U.S. Customs and Border Protection since January 2022, Kerry also holds the position of Director of Regulatory Compliance at Emerson Electric Company, where work has been ongoing since July 2018. Kerry's career at Emerson Electric Co. spans multiple roles, including Director and Senior Manager of International Trade Compliance, overseeing import and C-TPAT compliance. Previous experience includes positions as a Classification Specialist at Honda Trading and as a Buyer/Planner at Mettler Toledo, among others. Kerry's educational background includes a BA in Business Administration, Spanish, and Music from Ashland University, complemented by studies at The Ohio State University and Big Walnut High School.
