Jen Linko

Jen Linko is an experienced IT Cybersecurity Specialist and Program Manager at the USDA, focusing on the Cybersecurity Infrastructure and Cyber Defense Operations Divisions since June 2021. Prior to this role, Jen served as Branch Chief for the Cybersecurity Projects Branch at USDA on a detail basis and held the position of Senior Project Manager at Customer Value Partners from January to June 2021. Jen's extensive project management background includes roles at General Dynamics Information Technology, Celerity, ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership, and Sallie Mae, where responsibilities ranged from senior project management to program management in software engineering. Jen has a BA in Speech Communication and a certification in Web Development from George Mason University.
