Director Of Public Engagement, Chips For America at U.S. Department of Commerce

Jesse Stoneman serves as the Director of Public Engagement for CHIPS for America at the U.S. Department of Commerce since January 2023, following a role as Special Assistant to the U.S. Trade Representative in the Executive Office of the President. Stoneman has a strong background in political campaigning and organizational operations, having worked as Deputy Director of Operations for the North Carolina Coordinated Campaign during the 2020 elections and as Regional Organizing Director for Hillary for America in 2016. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Echo AI, Shattuck-St. Mary’s Forest City International School, and CareMessage, as well as impactful management consulting at Deloitte. Stoneman graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Spanish from Pomona College and has engaged in diverse roles at educational institutions.
