Kelly Kester

Kelly Kester is an experienced security professional with a history of working in various government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Commerce since May 2020. Prior to this role, Kelly served as a Security Specialist in the US Army and held multiple positions at the U.S. Department of Defense, including Section Chief and Branch Chief. Additional experience includes serving as Chief at the Department of Justice and working with CSC as part of the Regional Computer Emergency Response Team. Kelly's educational background includes a degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland and an Associate of Science in Management Information Systems from the Community College of the Air Force.
