Rachel B.

Rachel B. is an experienced attorney who has worked with the U.S. Department of Commerce as an Assistant Chief Counsel and Senior Attorney in the Office of the Chief Counsel for Trade Enforcement and Compliance. Rachel has also served as a Law Clerk at the same department and has worked in various legal roles at organizations such as LeClairRyan and East Bay Community Law Center. Rachel has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Rollins College. Rachel also has experience in academic coordination and teaching English as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant at the Fulbright Commission.
