Myron Waddell

Myron Waddell, MBA, MSM, is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in contract management, currently serving as a Senior Contract Officer at the U.S. Department of Energy since May 2022. Prior roles include Senior Contract Specialist at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and Senior Contract Officer/Specialist at FEMA, where responsibilities included managing contracts for the Information and Technology Division. Myron's experience also encompasses contract specialist roles within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), including the National Protection and Programs Directorate and Science and Technology division. An Acquisition Professional Career Program (APCP) graduate, Myron has developed expertise across multiple facets of federal contracting. Myron's earlier career includes service as a Paralegal in the U.S. Coast Guard and a decade as a military veteran. Educational qualifications include an MBA with an emphasis in Acquisition and a Master of Science in Management from Strayer University, as well as additional degrees in Project Management and Criminal Justice/Intelligence.
