Anne E. Schwartz

Anne E. Schwartz serves as a Law Enforcement DOJ/ICITAP Strategic Communications Advisor at the U.S. Department of Justice and has held a strategic communications contractor role with the U.S. Department of State since November 2015, focusing on global criminal justice communications. Schwartz has extensive experience in law enforcement communications training, having developed curricula for agencies in Wisconsin and served as a Director of Communications for the Milwaukee Police Department. Additionally, Schwartz is an accomplished author, known for writing about the Jeffrey Dahmer case, and holds adjunct professor positions while managing communications consulting projects through Schwartz Public Strategies LLC. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and various certifications in Homeland Security and police leadership.
