Edward Kenny

Edward Kenny is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in trial and appellate law. Currently serving as Senior Trial Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice since March 2005, Edward Kenny handles commercial cases from inception through trial and conducts appeals before the Federal Circuit. Prior to this role, Edward Kenny was a partner at Rubin Fiorella & Friedman LLP from 2004 to 2005 and served as an associate at the same firm from 1999 to 2003. Edward Kenny's career also includes experience as a Trial Attorney in the Aviation and Admiralty Unit of the U.S. Department of Justice from 1995 to 1999 and as Attorney in Charge of a Branch Office at Bigham Englar Jones & Houston from 1992 to 1995. Edward Kenny obtained a Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from SUNY Maritime College.
