Barbra A. Swann

Barbra A. Swann, MS, CAVS, serves as a Health Systems Specialist at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, specializing in Geriatric & Extended Care since January 2020. With extensive experience in volunteer program management, Barbra has contributed to the health care sector through roles such as Program Analyst and Health System Specialist at the VA Capitol Health Care Network. Barbra also holds a long-standing volunteer position with Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care. Previously, as the Director of Volunteer Services at Howard County General Hospital, Barbra managed a large team of volunteers and various operational aspects of the department.
