Erika Tucker

Erika Tucker currently serves as the Chief of Quality, Safety and High Reliability Officer at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since February 2022 and is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati. Prior to these roles, Erika was the Manager of Clinical Quality Excellence and Accreditation Coordinator at UC Health from June 2017 to February 2022. Erika began their career at Community Health Network as a Quality Manager and Patient Care Coordinator from January 2012 to October 2017. Erika holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Indiana State University, a Master’s Degree in Registered Nursing with specializations in Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing from Western Governors University, and an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing from Ivy Tech Community College.
