Joseph Raetano

Joseph Raetano is an accomplished Artificial Intelligence Researcher currently engaged with the US Federal Government since February 2020, focusing on the integration of AI into federal operations. Concurrently, Joseph serves as a Data Science Instructor at Woz U and conducts AI research at Nomadic AI, emphasizing mobile edge AI applications. With extensive experience as a Machine Learning AI Research Scientist at Chillwall AI, Emprise Corporation, and Duke Energy Innovation Center, Joseph has contributed to critical infrastructure development in various sectors, including automotive, maritime, and energy. Previously, Joseph held senior research roles at ERWIN HYMER GROUP and Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and served as a Google Student Ambassador. Joseph possesses a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee, along with advanced degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School and The Johns Hopkins University, underpinning a robust foundation in the field.
