Mandy Ross

Mandy Ross, MHI, BSN, RN, currently serves as a Registered Nurse at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since November 2023. Prior to this role, Mandy worked as a Nurse Manager at Ohio State University Physicians, Inc. from October 2022 to November 2023. Mandy's extensive experience includes positions such as Nurse Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, and Registered Nurse at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center from January 2005 to October 2022, as well as Registered Nurse and Patient Care Assistant at Mount Carmel Health System from June 1997 to October 2005. Mandy began a career in healthcare as a Training Assistant/New Accounts Associate at Alliance Data from July 1994 to June 1997. Mandy holds a Master of Healthcare Innovation with a focus on Innovation and Leadership from The Ohio State University, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing, obtained in 2000.
