Melissa Streck

Melissa Streck currently serves as the Administrative Officer for Research and Development at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where responsibilities include managing funding applications, overseeing research committees, and handling budget and administrative functions for the lab animal research facility. Previously, Melissa worked as an Advisor at Press Ganey, focusing on the patient experience for various health systems in the Central region of the United States. Earlier in the career, Melissa held the position of Health System Specialist at the VA Central Iowa Health Care System, specializing in quality and safety performance improvement for veterans' care. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Counselor Education from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota Beacom School of Business.
