Ryan Thurlwell

Ryan Thurlwell is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Design Lead for the flagship mobile app at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since January 2023. Ryan also holds the position of Design Lead at the Office of the Federal Chief Information Officer since March 2022. Prior to these roles, Ryan worked as a Digital Service Expert with the United States Digital Service from August 2018 to March 2022 and as a Visual Designer at 18F from May 2015 to August 2018.
