Tomara Moxley

Tomara Moxley, LMSW, has extensive experience in social work, currently serving as a Social Worker for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since August 2020 and as a Per Diem Social Worker at Highland Hospital of Rochester NY since July 2017. Moxley's background includes roles as a Medical Social Worker, focusing on emergency department and ICU care, and as a School Social Worker for Rochester City School District. Previous positions include Housing Support Counselor at The Center for Youth Services and Medicaid Service Coordinator at Heritage Christian Services. Moxley earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the Greater Rochester Collaborative program and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from SUNY Brockport. Additional qualifications stem from experience in customer service roles at Verizon Wireless and ACC Business, as well as a strong educational foundation in the arts.
