Tony S. Quang, MD, JD, FCLM has an extensive work experience history. Tony S. began their career in 2007 at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where they held various roles including Director of Quality Assurance, Radiation Oncology, Attending Radiation Oncologist, Tumor Board Consultant, Cancer Care Liaison, Staff Radiation Oncologist, Acting Chief of Radiation Oncology, Chairman of the VA Institutional Review Board (IRB), Voting Member of the Research & Development Committee, and Chairman of the VA Southwest Oncology Group (SWOG).

In 2014, Dr. Quang also worked as an Attorney for the State of Alabama, focusing on health law, employment contract law, and immigration law.

Throughout their career, they have held leadership positions in several organizations, including being the President of the AVAHO Foundation, Immediate Past President of the American College of Legal Medicine, Vice Chairman and Assistant Treasurer/Secretary of the Washington Medical Political Action Committee (WAMPAC), and Chief Contributor of Med Law Talk.

Dr. Quang has also been involved in the Washington State Medical Association (WSMA), serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees, Chairman of the Young Physician Governing Council, and Vice Chairman of the Young Physician Governing Council.

Tony S. is a Fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine, Inc. and has held various positions within the organization, including being the 52nd President, President-Elect, member of the Board of Governors, and Chair of the Young Leaders Governing Council.

Dr. Quang has served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Veterans Affairs Hematology/Oncology and has been a member of the American Society for Radiation Oncology, participating in committees such as the Practice Accreditation Committee, the Bylaws Committee, the IHE-RO Clinical Advisory Committee, and the IHE-RO Planning Committee.

Tony S. Quang, MD, JD, FCLM received their J.D. with a concentration in Health Law from the University of Washington School of Law in 2013. Tony S. then pursued their medical education at Drexel University College of Medicine, where they completed their M.D. degree and an internship in Internal Medicine. Tony S. went on to specialize in Radiation Oncology, completing both their residency and serving as Chief Resident at the University of California, Davis - School of Medicine. Prior to their medical career, Tony earned a B.A. in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, where they also completed a post-graduate fellowship in Signal Transduction. Tony S. obtained their High School Diploma from Lowell High School.
