Tyller Williamson

Tyller Williamson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and public service. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since September 2023, Tyller previously held various roles at the Naval Postgraduate School from March 2011 to September 2023, including Human Resources Specialist, Administrative Officer, Financial Analyst, and Program Manager. Concurrently, Tyller has been the Mayor of the City of Monterey since December 2018, focusing on transparency, housing, and water management while also serving as a Councilmember. Tyller holds a Master’s degree in Defense Business Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Communication from California State University, Monterey Bay. Additionally, Tyller managed the 2012 Barack Obama campaign headquarters in San Francisco as Deputy Regional Field Director.
