Maria Ramirez-Grigortsuk

Maria Ramirez-Grigortsuk, CPA, has extensive experience in auditing and accounting. Currently serving as an Auditor at the U.S. EPA Office of Inspector General since June 2021, Maria previously worked as an Accountant in Audit & Tax at Rödl & Partner USA from June 2019 to May 2021. Maria gained experience as a Research Assistant under Professors Madhu Viswanathan, Spencer Anderson, and Emanuel Rota at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 2017 to 2019, and also held positions as an Office Assistant at Northwestern University's Center for Talent Development and the City of Macomb's City Attorney. Maria holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in December 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Gies College of Business, achieved in 2019.
