Britt Jackman

Britt Jackman, CMP, DES, has extensive experience in event management and services, currently serving in the Education & Events division at the U.S. Green Building Council since 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing a global events portfolio focused on creating sustainable, accessible in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director at SmithBucklin, managing a team to deliver successful conventions and conferences, and at The Optical Society, enhancing knowledge and cooperation within the optics community. Additional roles include Senior Director at the National Recreation and Park Association, leading conference services to support recreational advocacy, and various positions in event marketing and planning for Datatel and the National Grocers Association, where impactful events were organized to serve diverse sectors. Britt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boğaziçi University.
