Rachel A. Román Villalobos

Rachel A. Román Villalobos serves as a Legislative Assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives, focusing on issues related to Puerto Rico, labor, technology, and trade. Expertise includes policy research, analysis, legislative drafting, and stakeholder management. Prior experience encompasses roles as a Proposal Coordinator at FURIA, Inc. and Public Policy Analyst at Sembrando Sentido, where Rachel co-authored a significant report on Puerto Rico's public procurement system.
