Protocol Officer

Amanda LeBlanc is an experienced professional in protocol management with a robust background in supporting high-level military and diplomatic interactions. Currently serving as the Chief of Protocol at the Missile Defense Agency since July 2019, Amanda develops and executes agency-wide protocol programs across multiple locations. Prior roles include Protocol Officer at the United States Pacific Command, where responsibilities involved liaising with distinguished visitors to enhance political relations in the Indo-Pacific region. Previous experience also includes leading protocol teams at Air Force Global Strike Command and Air Combat Command, and managing protocol operations at Kandahar Air Field. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Business Administration specializing in Logistics from Touro University International.
