Bryan Koch

Bryan Koch is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the Coast Guard Liaison Officer to J-2/JIOC at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command since July 2023. With a career spanning over 17 years at the U.S. Coast Guard, Bryan has held various leadership roles, including Lieutenant Commander, Team Leader of the 1790 Cyber Protection Team, and Director of the Enterprise Operations Center at Coast Guard Cyber Command. Bryan has managed significant resources in diverse operational contexts, including overseeing a $7M inventory as Field Operations Manager at Coast Guard Base Boston, and conducting extensive risk and vulnerability assessments for critical infrastructure partners with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. An academic contributor, Bryan also taught computer network defense at Marymount University and has advanced educational credentials in Cloud Security, Information Assurance, Supply Chain, and Electrical Engineering.
