Rob Flores

Rob Flores has extensive experience in defense and emergency services, currently serving as JDNO Watch at US Pacific Command since August 2020. Prior to this role, Rob worked at the U.S. Department of State as an Electronic Systems Engineer PTL from October 2019 to August 2020. A long tenure at ManTech from 2003 to 2019 included responsibilities as the common tactical picture manager and lead C4I integrator for Joint Task Force North. Earlier in the career, Rob held positions as an operations officer with NORAD Northcom and served over two decades in various roles with the United States Air Force, as well as experiencing emergency response as a Fire and Rescue Officer with Dallas Fire and Rescue from 1992 to 2001. Educational achievements include a BS in criminology from the University of Texas at El Paso and multiple military training programs.
