Avery Andersen

Avery Andersen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and sales within the legal defense and firearms industries. Currently serving as the Director of Product Development at U.S. LawShield® since August 2023, Avery leads the end-to-end development of new products, ensuring market alignment and customer satisfaction. Previously, as the National Compliance Ambassador, Avery enforced regulatory adherence across nine states while conducting audits and assessments to maintain compliance with laws and internal policies. Earlier roles include Account Executive at CrossBreed Holsters, Territory Sales Manager, and Corporate Events Team member at U.S. & Texas LawShield®, as well as experience as an instructor and Range Safety Officer at Elm Fork Shooting Sports. Avery holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and has studied nursing at Harding University and Dallas College.
