Shannon Swope is an experienced professional with a diverse background in legal project management and retail operations. Currently serving as a Legal Project Manager at U.S. LawShield® since September 2021, Shannon has a strong track record of client acquisition, management of mass tort dockets, and development of business strategies. Previously, at the Lee Murphy Law Firm, Shannon managed over 40,000 clients and led multiple litigation projects while designing operational procedures and training programs. Shannon's earlier experience as a Merchandise Manager at Gap Inc./Old Navy involved overseeing daily operations and a large team in a high-revenue store, demonstrating strong leadership and inventory management skills. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and an Associate degree in Accounting and Business Management from San Jacinto College.
