Andy Lennon has a strong background in naval leadership and operations. Andy served as the Executive Director of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps, where they focused on creating confident and successful individuals. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice Director, Navy Staff in the U.S. Navy, where they advocated for digital innovation and oversaw the Navy Security Enterprise. Andy also served as the Commander of Submarines NATO at NATO Maritime Command, where they led multinational teams, planned and executed maritime exercises, and advised on submarine operations. Andy Lennon has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Environmental Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and another MS in Operations Research from The George Washington University. In 2020, Andy earned a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online, and they also completed a course in Strategic Thinking from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in the same year.
