Colin Fleming

Colin Fleming is an experienced military professional currently serving as a Plans, Programs and Policy/Missile Defense Officer at NORAD & US Northern Command since October 2021, where the focus is on integrating National Guard forces into U.S. defense operations. Previously, Colin served as a Missile Defense Officer with the Minnesota National Guard and held the position of Director of Strategic Communications, acting as a senior advisor and public spokesman for approximately 14,000 personnel. With extensive intelligence and strategic planning experience from roles with the 34th Red Bull Infantry Division and the Minnesota National Guard, Colin has also led recruitment efforts as Commander of the Officer Strength Detachment and enhanced family support programs as Director of Family Programs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Military Art and Science from the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies and ongoing studies for a Master of Divinity at Denver Seminary.
