Tim Garrison

Tim Garrison currently serves as the National Security Law Advisor at NORAD & US Northern Command since December 2023 and as Senior Counsel for Alliance Defending Freedom since March 2023. Garrison has extensive military experience as a Colonel in the United States Marine Corps since October 2003, including a role as Appellate Judge at the Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals from June 2021 to December 2023. Notable past positions include Associate Deputy General Counsel for International Affairs at the United States Department of Defense and United States Attorney for the Western District of Missouri. Garrison holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Master of Public Administration from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Drury University, graduating magna cum laude.
