Jennifer Golder

Jennifer Golder has extensive experience within the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, currently serving as the Director of the Office of Administration and Acting Chief Financial Officer since December 2019. Prior roles at the commission include Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer and Chief Learning Officer from January 2016 to December 2019, as well as various leadership positions in HR operations, budgeting, and program analysis from July 2006 to January 2016. Jennifer began a professional career at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in 1999 as a Team Leader and has a strong educational background, holding a Master's degree in Public Administration from George Mason University and having completed a program at the Federal Executive Institute.
