Ncco Joan Burgess

Joan Burgess, NCCO, has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as a BSA Analyst at APGFCU since June 2018 and as BSA and Compliance Coordinator at U.S. Postal Service Federal Credit Union, where Joan has worked since June 2006. In addition to compliance roles, Joan has also acted as a Sales Training Coordinator, contributing to business writing through personal finance articles and designing promotional materials. Previously, at NASA Federal Credit Union from January 1991 to June 2003, Joan worked as a Financial Counselor, facilitating personal financial education seminars and providing one-on-one financial guidance. Joan's educational background includes attendance at the College of Southern Maryland from 1984 to 1986.
