John Barber is an experienced professional with a strong background in national security and resource strategy. Currently serving as District Manager at the US Railroad Retirement Board since March 2016, John has previously held roles such as Assistant Professor at the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy and Nuclear Weapons Plans Officer at the US Army Nuclear and Combating WMD Agency.
