Jonnelly Miller

Jonnelly Miller has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and employee relations. Jonnelly began their career at Walt Disney World as a Cashier/Counter Help, where they developed strong customer service skills. Jonnelly then worked at the University of Hawaii at Manoa as a Peer Mentor before joining The Westin Maui as an Outlet Supervisor. Jonnelly also had experience at Title Guaranty as an Escrow Associate and Destination Hotels and Resorts as a Human Resources Director. Jonnelly then transitioned to Pacific Links Hawaii as the Director of Human Resources, where they implemented human resources strategies and managed HR operations. Jonnelly later worked at Hawaii Pacific Health as an Employee Relations Manager and Kamehameha Schools as a Senior HR Consultant, where they provided guidance on people plans and collaborated with leaders to improve employee engagement. Jonnelly'smost recent roles include Regional HR Director at Us Renal Care, Senior Director of Human Resources at Us Renal Care, and Senior Director, Clinical Services Staff Education at Us Renal Care. In these positions, they were responsible for onboarding and education projects, training staff and leaders, and providing strategic guidance on HR functions.

Jonnelly Miller has a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, which was obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the same university, studying from 1998 to 2003. Jonnelly'seducation started at Saint Francis High School, where they attended from 1995 to 1998.
