Lane McCarthy

Lane McCarthy is the Senior Vice President of Operations for the South Central Division. He joined US Renal Care in 2021 after working in the industry for over 25 years. Most recently he was responsible for dialysis operations in parts of the Northeast as the RVP for Western NY at Fresenius Medical Care where he oversaw 63 facilities in 5 states. In this role he worked directly with the NY Public Health and Health Planning Council (PHHPC) to improve the certificate of need process and access to care for those on dialysis.

His career started on the patient care side of the business where he learned the impact of excellence in care delivery firsthand by working directly with patients. Growth strategies and Value Based Care expansion of services are key areas of focus.
