Lindsae began their career in 1999 at Gambro, where they held various roles such as Center Director, Charge Nurse, Staff Nurse, and Acute Nurse. In 2004, they moved on to DaVita as a Facility Administrator, where they managed patient care costs and verified treatment charge reports. Lindsae joined Fresenius Medical Care in 2006 and held positions such as Area Manager/Director of Operations and Director of Operations, responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple Home Therapy programs. In 2016, they became a Field Vice President for Home Therapies at Fresenius Medical Care North America. Currently, Lindsae is working at U.S. Renal Care as the Corporate Vice President Home Therapies.
