Michael Waters

Michael Waters has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael is currently working as the Director of Value Based Care Operations at U.S. Renal Care since June 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Operations at Atlas Health from July 2019 to November 2019. From 2016 to 2019, Michael worked at Clover Health where they held various roles including Senior Manager of Partnerships & Program Development, Manager of Partnerships & Program Development, and Senior Associate of Operations. Michael also has experience at Zenefits, Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc, Epic, WhistlePig Straight Rye Whiskey, Middlebury College, Red Bull, and Bread Loaf Corporation in various capacities.

Michael Waters studied Architectural Studies at Middlebury College and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Michael also pursued architecture at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad (DIS). Additionally, they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate from Northfield Mount Hermon.
