Pawan Gupta

Pawan Gupta has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in the field of nephrology. Starting from 2006, they worked as a Nephrologist at Altoona Kidney. In 2010, they joined UPMC Altoona as the Chief of the Division of Nephrology, Dialysis, and Plasmapheresis. Pawan then took on the role of Chief of Clinical Services of Nephrology, Dialysis, and Plasmapheresis at UPMC in 2011. Currently, Pawan Gupta serves as the Medical Director at U.S. Renal Care, which aims to provide the highest quality healthcare to patients with renal disease.

Pawan Gupta has a comprehensive education history in the field of medicine. Pawan completed their Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at RNT Medical College, Udaipur from 1982 to 1988. Following this, they pursued their Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Internal Medicine Residency Program at the same institution from 1989 to 1992. Pawan further expanded their expertise by completing another MD in Internal Medicine Residency Program at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh from 1995 to 1998. Pawan then undertook fellowships in Nephrology at UPMC, Pittsburgh from 1998 to 1999 and at St. Luke's Medical Center, NY from 1999 to 2000.
