Doug Allee has extensive work experience in the retirement and benefits industry. Doug currently holds the position of Director of Corporate Development at U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners since March 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Empower for 16 years, starting in 2007 as the Director of TPA Relationships and concluding their tenure in March 2023. Before joining Empower, Doug worked at MetLife for 6 years, from 2001 to 2007, where they held the position of Assistant Vice President of Marketing.
