Tara Meader

Tara Meader has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tara started their career in the United States Army Reserves as a Technical Intelligence Analyst, where they served for four years. Tara then joined the Army National Guard as a Petroleum Engineer, providing fuel for Med Evac units.

After their military service, Tara began their client management career at UnitedHealth Group, where they worked as a Dedicated Client Services Manager. Tara provided white glove service to Fortune 50 clients and received the National Client Service MVP Award twice.

Tara later became the owner and operator of Cherry Blossom Learning Center, a fully operational daycare business that they successfully launched and managed for four years. Tara developed the business plan, established policies and procedures, and implemented a comprehensive marketing campaign.

Following their entrepreneurial endeavor, Tara joined the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Corporate Manager. In this role, they managed 550 global accounts, focused on yearly renewal initiatives, and improved the Corporate Member experience through process improvements.

After their time at IAPP, Tara worked at BenefitVision, Inc. as a Senior Client Relationship Manager. Tara collaborated with executive leadership to enhance benefit communication and enrollment and played a key role in improving benefit understanding among employees.

Most recently, Tara joined U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners as a Senior Account Executive. Tara is a member of U.S. Enrollment Services and continues to contribute their expertise in benefit communication and enrollment.
