Bryan Trent has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Bryan started their career with CONSOL Energy, where they completed a Maintenance Internship in the coal mining industry from June 2001 to August 2002.

In 2002, Bryan joined AK Steel Corporation, where they held various roles over a ten-year period. Bryan began as a Maintenance Shift Manager in the Hot Strip Mill from September 2002 to November 2003. Bryan then served as an Area Maintenance Manager for the Hot Strip Mill's Finishing Mill from November 2003 to April 2004. Bryan subsequently worked as a Maintenance Planner for the Hot Strip Mill's Slab Reheat Furnaces from April 2004 to March 2005. Bryan then took on the role of an Area Maintenance Manager for the Slab Reheat Furnace in the Hot Strip Mill from March 2005 to May 2008. Bryan further advanced to become the Processing Maintenance Manager from May 2008 to December 2011. Finally, Bryan held the position of Melt Shop Maintenance Section Manager from January 2012 to January 2018.

Since 2018, Bryan has been employed by U.S. Silica Company. Bryan initially worked as a Maintenance Superintendent from February 2018 to June 2018. Bryan then transitioned to become an Operations Superintendent from July 2018 to October 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Manager starting from October 2019.
