Mike Winkler

Mike Winkler has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mike started their career in 1994 at Oscar Mayer as a Strategy Manager, where they worked until 1996. In 1999, they joined Mars Incorporated as an Industrial Engineer Director, a position they held until 2001. Mike then moved to Mars Petcare US in 2004, where they served as a Plant Manager until 2007. Following that, they worked at Campbell Soup Company as a Vice President of Operations from 2007 to 2011. Since 2011, Mike has been working at U.S. Silica Company as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mike Winkler obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in the years 1982 to 1986. Later, from 1990 to 1992, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance, General at the University of North Texas.
