Phillip Martinez

Phillip Martinez is an accomplished intelligence professional with extensive experience in defense intelligence and operations across various military branches and commands. Currently serving as the J2 SDIA Program Manager at U.S. Space Command, Phillip oversees intelligence program development aligning with strategic objectives. Previous roles include leadership positions at NORAD & US Northern Command and the US Navy, where Phillip managed teams, produced critical intelligence products, and coordinated national efforts in support of crisis operations and homeland defense initiatives. Phillip holds a Master of Science in Homeland Security from Penn State University and has completed the Joint Professional Military Education Phase I at the U.S. Naval War College, further enhancing expertise in military strategy and operations.
