Gwenann Manseau

Gwenann Manseau is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Attorney-Advisor at the US Trade Representative since May 2019. Previously, from August 2006 to July 2017, Gwenann held the position of Senior Counsel at the U.S. Department of Commerce, providing legal advice on international trade law, particularly related to China transparency and administrative law. Gwenann also worked as a Senior Attorney in the Commercial Law Development Program in 2003. Academic qualifications include a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law (2005) and an AB in Comparative Literature from Princeton University (1996).
