Sarah Morningred

Sarah Morningred currently serves as a Trade Policy Research Coordinator at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative since February 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at The Volcker Alliance as a Communications Associate from March 2019 to January 2023, during which Sarah transitioned to a part-time role while pursuing graduate studies. Sarah also held positions at the Office of Management and Budget as a Communications Associate and EOP Intern for the LBJ Graduate Policy Fellowship from June to December 2022. Earlier experiences include a variety of roles at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, including Student Manager at the Veterans’ Center and Research Assistant in the Communications and Linguistics Departments. Sarah received a Master of Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in English from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
