Brooke Puta

Brooke Puta, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Benefits Analyst at U.S. Venture, Inc., beginning in December 2023. Prior to this role, Brooke held the position of Director, People Operations Business Partner at the Greater Green Bay YMCA from January 2022 to March 2024. Brooke also accumulated significant experience at BayCare Clinic as a Human Resources Generalist from February 2016 to July 2022, where responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, benefit administration, and wellness program oversight. Earlier, Brooke worked with the Green Bay Packers, starting as a Pro Shop Sales Associate and rising to the role of Pro Shop Supervisor, as well as completing internships as a Mortgage Analyst Intern at Associated Bank and a Mortgage Loan Processor Intern at Nicolet National Bank. Brooke holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin and a BBA with an emphasis in Human Resource Management and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
